There are a lot of people out there in difficult situations. Adults are suffering from addictions, anxiety and depression. Children and parents are under a lot of stress from home and school. I care what is happening to them so this blog is about bringing awareness. Hopefully it leads to recovery and a better life for many who are struggling with mental health issues. New posts every Monday and Thursday. I also love cooking, hockey and my Arizona Coyotes.
